How can I get just third party only cover for my dogs?

The Dogs Trust used to do one for £3 for the life of the dog (£1million cover) - any ideas where to apply?

Standard Pet Insurance is not cost effective for me - I am well over £7000 ahead by personal saving account after an insurance company doubled the premium when my dog was eight - even though I had had no claims - and she lived another five years accident and illness free. Since that time I have simply saved into a savings account the premium I would have paid and used the interest to pay for the annual check up.
