my vet says my dog might have diabetes. should i rush out and get pet insurance?

There is no point in applying for pet insurance as your vet has already expressed an opinion that you dog has diabetis and that will almost certainly result in your application for pet insurance being refused. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
