You may find that your level of cover limits which hospitals you are allowed to use. Hospitals are graded from A - C depending on their quality and price - and the A grade hospitals are likely to be available only to those who have the higher levels of cover. If you are a budget customer you may find that the private hospital nearest to you is not actually available to you.
