How do I make a claim?
Making a claim is easy. When you receive your insurance documents, you will receive a full client information pack that will include your Insurance Certificate, Claims Forms and Help line Card, with a range of contact numbers.
If you need to make a claim, all you need to do is complete the form and send it to your insurance company, also enclosing receipts as proof of payment. If in doubt as to whether you are covered or not, it's a good idea to check with your insurer by telephone first to avoid disappointment.
When you make a claim it will normally take around ten working days from the date the insurer receives all the necessary documents, for the claim to be processed.
