My Credit Card is lost or stolen. What should I do?
If you cannot find your credit cards you need to report them as lost or stolen using the emergency number provided by your credit card issuer, this will be a 24 hour/365 days a year number. If you have more than one credit card you will need to ring all the separate companies.
These details will normally be arranged at application, when you will be offered the opportunity to include details for extra cardholders. If you already have a credit card, you will be able to add an additional cardholder simply by contacting your credit card company either online or by telephone, and sending the request. As long as that person is aged 18 or over, they will be accepted.

As the primary Cardholder, you will be responsible for paying the entire bill, and the second Cardholder will have no legal responsibility for the card. Make sure that you do not hand out of any of your security details, such as user name and password, to anyone.

If you wish to change the details of or remove your second Cardholder, simply contact your credit card issuer to make the amendment. You will still be liable for transactions with the second Cardholder's card until you have returned it to the credit card issuer, having cut the card in half.
